School Based Consultation
Expert psychiatric guidance for schools and educational teams.

Service Overview
Our School Based Consultation service offers indirect psychiatric support to schools without providing direct treatment to students. The psychiatrist works closely with school psychologists, counselors, special education teams, and administrators to address topics such as autism and neurodevelopmental concerns, diagnostic clarification, behavior, medication questions, risk assessment, trauma exposures, and recommendations for classroom setup or school supports.
Consultations are also available for IEP and 504 teams, helping schools make informed, neurodiversity-affirming decisions.
Student Observations
Insightful evaluations to guide educational strategies and support.

Service Overview
Student Observations allow the psychiatrist to assess students in the school environment to better understand diagnosis, behavior, emotional regulation, and social interactions. Observations provide actionable suggestions for school staff and teams, helping educators implement strategies and supports tailored to each student’s unique needs.
This service is advisory only; the psychiatrist does not provide direct treatment.
