Dr. Tamara Palka is a board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and Adult Psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical experience providing evidence-based, compassionate psychiatric care. As the founder and owner of Mind Sprout Neuropsychiatry & Wellness, a specialized psychiatric practice, Dr. Palka is deeply committed to empowering neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families through thoughtful, individualized treatment that integrates science, family values, and whole-person care.
